Taking the Analytics Journey

This ALN leadership breakfast will focus on one company’s journey to build its analytics competency center to guide business decisions and deliver real analytics results.  Hear the story of how JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) has built its analytics platform from the ground up, gaining global support and momentum for self-service business analytics and performance management.  Their story will highlight two paths: enterprise analytics and master data management (MDM). By traveling this road, JLL has been able to free up data and equip business teams with tools to produce real-time analytics for its customers and its business as a whole.

JJL’s journey did not come without adversity.  Learn firsthand, how JLL overcame or continues to address challenges like:

Bill Bernabei

National Director of Business Process and Analytics at JLL

Bill Bernabei is a National Director of Business Process and Analytics in JLL’s Technical Services Group.  In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of business analytics, performance management, service delivery applications (end user tools) and business strategy for several groups within JLL.  Specifically he works with many of JLL’s Corporate Services clients to deliver best in class solutions for clients that align with JLL’s overall business objectives.

Bill brings over eight years of real estate experience in the areas of portfolio strategy, location analytics, financial and operational management, performance management, and customer relationship management.  His experience includes working in various business intelligence and analytics platforms to deliver a wide range of real estate services that JLL provides.  Bernabei is a certified Six Sigma Black belt and earned his Masters of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Liautaud Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
