Jorge Balestra is the Global Lead for Machine Learning Operations and Analytical Platforms at Kraft Heinz, spearheading machine learning and analytics across the company. With extensive experience in IT across Canada, the US, Latin America, and Mexico, he has contributed significantly to various sectors including Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and HR, showcasing notable international leadership. Jorge played a key role in the Kraft/Mondelēz split, managing over 300 application implementations. Honored with the Young Corporate Achiever Award by HACR for his leadership and commitment to the Hispanic community, Jorge has also been active in non-profit work and served on the leadership team for Kraft’s Hispanic ERG, ¡OLA! (Organization of Latino Americans).
