Under Jim’s leadership, HGS has become McDonald’s Supply Chain Integrator, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) and key supply chain data to drive restaurant replenishment, inventory planning and business analytics. Jim and his team have received many awards from McDonald’s including the U.S. Innovation Award for their work on the Restaurant Order Proposal (ROP) initiative.
