Lessons Learned from Today’s CDO

Chief Data Officers and Chief Digital Officers have been critical drivers of the data-driven enterprise.  Now, for many, it’s time to look at what’s next in these important roles.

Join our panel of CDOs from three unique industries as they discuss the top challenges (and opportunities) they have faced.  We will hear how their organizations are overcoming these challenges, and the lessons they have learned along the way.  Learn how they measure success and realize value from data as they guide their organizations to embrace a data-driven culture. And, hear how they see both CDO roles evolving to incorporate more strategic, growth-driven initiatives.

Topics for discussion include

  • Establishing a data strategy to support business objectives
  • Enabling advanced analytics and AI
  • Ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity
  • Driving data quality and integrity
  • Monetizing the value of data
  • Finding, retaining, and building talent
  • Building a data-driven culture and encouraging data literacy
  • Introducing and evolving the role of the CDO

After the panel discussion, you are invited to join us for some networking and fun at Top Golf.  Don’t worry if you are not a pro, the games are geared to golfers of all levels.
