Eric Boldon

Director of Strategic Analytics at Pampered Chef

Eric is a Strategy and Analytics Leader with extensive experience working with senior executives and staff at all levels in consulting and industry across European, US and Global companies. Has led and executed work across strategy, advanced analytics, business intelligence and project delivery in sales, marketing and operations. Eric grew up in England and started his career consulting at the London Stock Exchange before finding his way to Chicago via roles in banking, government, energy, soft drinks & beer plus a short stint in Australia. He now works at The Pampered Chef where he is building out the analytics capability to better use data to empower direct selling through their network of over 50,000 sales consultants. At work Eric has a passion for solving business problems with data & analytics, outside work Eric would love to get back in the pool playing water polo but instead has spent the summer cycling trails around Chicago.

Olga Matlin

VP of PBM and Specialty Pharmacy Analytics at CVS Health

Olga Matlin joined CVS Health in 2004. As a Vice President of PBM and Specialty Pharmacy analytics, Olga leads a group of data science and analytics professionals focusing on demonstrating value of PBM and Specialty programs and services and identifying opportunities for program improvement and new program development in the areas of utilization management, plan design, behavior change, and specialty pharmacy management.  The team delivers analytic solutions ranging from reporting methodologies to outcome evaluation studies to predictive and forecasting models.

Prior to joining CVS Health, Olga completed her doctoral studies at Northwestern University, as well as a postdoctoral research appointment at Argonne National Laboratory, where her work focused on artificial intelligence.  Her undergraduate background is in computer science and applied mathematics and statistics with masters and bachelor degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Shilpa Yelamaneni

Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Ecolab

Shilpa Yelamaneni is a Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Ecolab. She has over 20  years of industry and consulting experience leading Analytics and Data Science solutions for manufacturing, consumer products, retail, life sciences, and distribution industries. She is recognized as a Data Champion for her contributions and thought leadership in the industry. Passionate about driving business growth & transformation, she has led multidisciplinary teams in defining and delivering high impact digital, customer engagement, product innovation strategies successfully. She focuses on building high-performing analytics organizations, driving data analytics transformation programs, change management, business adoption, and analytics value generation. Complementing her professional background, Shilpa holds an MBA from Booth (University of Chicago) and a Masters Degree in Information Systems from UIC.
