Director, Business Analytics & Insights at Weil-McLain

Jason Krantz is the Director, Business Analytics & Insights for Weil McLain and Marley Engineered Products. He is responsible for the creation and growth of analytical capabilities and teams along with organizational strategy development and financial management. His team also provides market & competitive analysis/insights, customer and market segmentation, price management, and leads the organization’s digital transformation efforts. Prior to this he led the analytical efforts at BWay that focused on sales & marketing operations, operational management, M&A integration, and price management. He was recognized as an HVAC “Top 40 Under 40” in 2017 and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Bill Bernabe

Managing Director, Business Analytics at CBRE

Bill Bernabei is the Practice Lead for the Business Analytics Group deployed across CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business delivering operational and integrated insights to corporate occupier clients. Under his leadership he provides direct oversight to the Business Analytics Platform that delivers business intelligence solutions across the organization, data governance oversight, embedded strategists framework, variable consulting services and the promotion of enabling of a data driven culture to accelerate the making informed decisions based on insights derived from data. In addition, serves as an advisor and strategist on the overall Digital and Technology strategy and the overall analytics roadmap across CBRE. Bill brings over twelve years of real estate experience in the areas of portfolio strategy, CRM, performance management, location analytics, financial and operational management. Bill holds a Six Sigma Black belt and earned his Masters of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Liautaud Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
